About Me... Saturday Nights Club DV8 9pm-2am

So your wondering "Where the heck can me and my friends go to really have a
good time and party on???"

Saturday nights it's all about Club DV8 inside Level 3 on Hollywood & Highland!!

Myself along with DJ Drew host the hottest 18 & over party ever!

Born Robert Gutierrez August 22, 197? in Southern California, my influences in Hip-Hop were Eric B. & Rakim, Eazy E & N.W.A, and Big Daddy Kane. I looked up to them as my idols. I wanted to perform and rap like them; reciting every one of their lyrics just like any other fan. They were my Hip-Hop Legends... Rap was my life. I was sixteen when I got my first record deal with Lighter Shade of Brown. We signed our first recording contract in Los Angeles, California with an independent label in 1990. This began the era of what media calls "Chicano Rap." Being categorized as "Chicano Rap" was a bit disturbing to me, rap was rap no matter what color you were. Back then our manager along with our record label wanted to introduce us to the world as the first "Chicano rap group." Through the years much success had developed with Lighter Shade of Brown from our first singles released. "Latin Active", "Sunday Afternoon" and "Hey DJ" hit top 40 on "Billboards 100 Singles Charts". That paved the way for the group to sell over 1.5 million records worldwide. Our last recorded album together was in 1998. In May of 2004, Julie Pilat, Music Director for 102.7 KIISFM in LA, approached me and requested an "air check." By the end of the month, I was hired @ KIISFM part time to host/broadcast live Club DV8 on Saturday nights in Hollywood. That then led to a weeknight gig Monday to Friday from 10pm to 1am. So here I am doing nights at 102.7 KIISFM in LA. I must admit, KIISFM is doing very well and I can’t complain. So now I look towards the future...TV!!!!!!!! Mon- Fri nights comes to a close for me!!!

Well tonight will be my final night on air Mon-Fri on KIISFM. I will continue to be at Club DV8 every Saturday night from here on out. I will miss talking to all of you listeners every night who called me up during my shift. I was happy to be apart of your lives as you were all apart of mine. I know this isn't the end, and I do hope to see some of you over at the club on Saturdays. Just know that sometimes in this world, things happen for a reason and when one door closes, another one is soon to open. Keep faith and stay focused I always say. You never know when It's going to be your time to go. Always have a back up plan.

Well again it's been great being apart of a winning team. Most of all, you all helped me out tremedously by keeping your radios locked at night 10pm-1am. You will hear from again sooner than later I am sure of it..

So according to wwtdd.com Kim Kardashian and sister Kourtney were walking through JFK airport in NY and were rushed by fans, airport workers, and paparazzi. Allegedly, she is reporting that some stuff was taken from her bags such as:

I don't know about you but I'm curious to see what kind of photos were taken from her camera. You know how KIM rolls!!! Her reps are currently looking into the investigation as we speak.
